A: Yes you must, we offer samples free of charge but the courier freight should be borne by your side, it will be perfect if you have courier account to handle the express.
Q5: How can I get your best price?
A: Price will be and always in accordance with order quantity, we promise the price will be the most cost-efficient compare with other suppliers.
Q6: How can you custom my own design?
A: You provide the samples or/and share any of your concepts and ideas, we learn and absorb them then make it into art-work for your approval, prototype will be accomplished against art-work, you check or revise it if necessary, then we start tooling.
Q7: What's the lead time?
A: We schedule lead time according to the production status, generally it will take 20 days for production base on MOQ.
Q8: Can I place order less than MOQ?
A: Generally MOQ is 3000 pcs, if you really can't accept MOQ, we will find a way to cut down the quantity.
Q9: What is the general term of payment?
A: We prefer 30% deposit and the rest to be paid against B/L copy, we also accept L/C. Regret that we're unable to allow credit terms for any of the new customers.
